PAYMENT – CHANGE – REFUND:

Please deposit at least 50% of the contract/booking value within 24 hours when the two parties agree to confirm the service.

– The remaining 50% paid 2 day before using the service

– Incidents incurred during the tour payment at the end of the tour

– TOUR CANCELLATION 2 days before the tour: Completely free

– TOUR CANCELLATION 1 day before the tour: 50% payment

– CANCEL TOUR ON THE DAY OF TRAVEL: 100% payment

Nhieu Loc Boat Company announces the DEPARTURE TERMINAL as soon as you pay for the tour ticket.

• The boat departs on time.
• Guests can go on an extra trip, the hour after the tour is based on the boat rental hour.
• There is a vegetarian menu, please inform when booking.
• Please indicate in advance: pregnant women, the elderly, people with limited mobility, people with a history of allergy to any related foods in the menu for the best support.
