The aquatic environment in the canal is harsh; the water can be fresh due to heavy rain, or it can be brackish, or be salty due to the intrusion of salt water. Therefore, there are some kinds of ground fish that can survive at the canal bottom. They partially contribute to clearing the stinky organic matter in the mud and partially to improving the canal out of bad odors, becoming a beautiful green canal. Hence, we include meaningful activities which is releasing the fishes into the canal during the excursion.

The journey to explore the Nhieu Loc waterway in 1 hour 30 minutes.

At two Stations:

• Ben Noi Do in District 1 – opposite 01 Hoang Sa Street, Dakao Ward, District 1 (near Thi Nghe Bridge)
• Ben Noi Do in District 3 – opposite the company’s office, No. 661 Hoang Sa, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3 (near Le Van Sy Bridge)

Please note: Departure time and Departure Terminal will be flexibly arranged depending on the time of the school/group, traffic and high tide conditions each day. Nhieu Loc boat guarantees the duration and content of the program that takes place on the boat.

THE TOUR SERVICE INCLUDES:

• Boat ticket duration 1 hour 30 minutes
• 1 bottle of mineral water and 1 portkion of rice paper
• Tour guide
• Provided ground fishes for fish releasing activities
• Practice arranging lanterns with bamboo paper
• Travel insurance

Please note: each trip maximum 120 guests

PAYMENT – CHANGE – REFUND:

Please deposit at least 50% of the contract/booking value within 24 hours when the two parties agree to confirm the service

• The remaining 50% paid 1 day before using the service
• Incidents incurred during the tour payment at the end of the tour
• The number of cancellations must not exceed 5% of the original registration
• TOUR CANCELLATION 2 days before the tour: Completely free
• TOUR CANCELLATION 1 day before the tour: 50% payment
• CANCEL TOUR ON THE DAY OF TRAVEL: 100% payment

NOTES to hold:

Nhieu Loc Boat Company announces the DEPARTURE TERMINAL as soon as you pay for the tour ticket.

• The boat departs on time.
• Guests can go on an extra trip, the hour after the tour is based on the boat rental hour.
• There is a vegetarian menu, please inform us when booking.
• Please indicate in advance: pregnant women, the elderly, people with limited mobility, people with a history of allergy to any related foods in the menu for the best support.
